Job Description:

  • Manage production crews and jobs following SERVPRO procedures
  • Assign and coordinate tasks with crews, oversee job scheduling, manage job requirements, complete job files, supervise production, and oversee jobs from start to finish
  • Provide clear and accurate pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates
  • Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Franchise processes related to clients and address customer needs
  • Monitor and follow up on all assigned tasks to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Keep Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner informed of progress
  • Cultivate relationships with centers of influence (COIs)
  • Resolve issues promptly as they arise
  • Undertake production work as necessary
  • Supervise job scheduling, resources, and crews following SERVPRO Franchise production guidelines
  • Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
  • Train, oversee, and recruit production staff
  • Formulate and/or review job scopes to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Review all job documents (scope, estimate, job diary, work orders) to verify staff readiness for efficient task completion

Qualifications:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred experience in cleaning/restoration
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Preferred IICRC certifications
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable regulations

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Extended periods of walking and standing, driving, sitting, climbing
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawls spaces beneath structures)
  • Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
