Regional Sales Director- Diagnostic Imaging

As a Regional Sales Director- Diagnostic Imaging, you will drive the Imaging business to secure profitable growth in line with our annual objectives and targets.
You will work at all levels within customer accounts (C-Suite, Department level, Purchasing) to effectively position Philips, and drive the strategy to grow win-rate and order intake for DXR, CT, and MR modality businesses.
This position is Regional and will require significant travel within the Region, for customer and internal meetings.Your role:
Increase market share growth across the Imaging portfolio (DXR, CT, and MR)
Increase Win rate, especially within Philips Imaging Install Base
Increase Visibility in the Region across the Imaging portfolio
Lead accurate Forecasting with achievement of business-specific financial goals
Uncover the needs of customers in the Region, and build a strategy to grow Imaging business within your customer base – including individual and multi-system/modality deals
Establish and benchmark replacement plans and fleet planning for customers in the Region, including establishing large scale partnerships and compliance Agreements that include volume, discounting and timelines
Manage RFP alignment for bundle deals that include Imaging, in line with pricing and value-add strategies
You're the right fit if:
You have a BS/BA degree.
You've acquired 10+ years of hospital capital sales experience. Imaging experience strongly preferred.
Your skills include strong presentation skills, leading a team of direct reports, working collaboratively with indirect reports, building customer relationships at all levels of a customer organization- including C-Suites, synthesizing market analyses, competitive landscape and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs to grow business and financial acumen in building ROI and TCO proformas.
