GENERAL FUNCTION
Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, enjoyable, and energetic shopping experience to every customer while assisting them in finding top-notch eyewear.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by nurturing customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences by establishing connections, paying attention to details, and delivering personalized shopping experiences that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute actively to maintaining a positive store environment, building strong, professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
- Take pride in store appearance and take the initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, appealing, and well-organized. Safeguard all company assets under your responsibility.
- Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and coworkers with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Embrace new technology and adapt to changes with a high level of accuracy.
- Hold yourself accountable for sales outcomes by leveraging selling skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to multitask and respond flexibly in fast-changing environments.
