Job Title: Total Rewards Program Manager at Huntington

The Total Rewards Program Manager plays a key role in designing and implementing incentive compensation programs for colleagues of all levels, showcasing expertise in various areas such as colleague compensation, executive compensation, benefits, and retirement. This individual will be recognized both internally and externally as a subject matter expert in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to executive leaders, HR, and key partners on total rewards strategy
  • Develop recommendations and solutions for Total Rewards initiatives
  • Summarize complex issues and present recommendations effectively
  • Implement policies and processes to influence outcomes
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across various departments
  • Lead and support key programs and initiatives
  • Develop team talent and manage small teams
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, or Incentives

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong consulting and presentation abilitiesExcellent communication and networking skillsBusiness acumen and financial knowledgeAbility to navigate legal and regulatory environmentsContinuous improvement mindset and change management abilitiesProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical toolsProject management skills
