Responsibilities as a Clinic Floor Leader:

  • Manage clinic floor sales, operations, and communications
  • Lead and support students and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders to achieve sales goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and full service experience

What We Are Seeking:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Prior successful sales experience
  • Familiarity with Paul Mitchell products
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Experience in beauty product sales and customer service

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience in cosmetology education
  • Valid cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail instructor license
  • Excellent organization and communication abilities
  • Supervisory and teamwork skills
  • Strong work history with references
  • Passion for the beauty industry
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' systems (preferred)
