To excel in this role, you need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant research or clinical experience, or a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. Additionally, a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Understanding of medical and clinical research terminology and processes.
  • Familiarity with ICH guidelines for ethical research conduct.
  • Proficiency in executing study visits according to the investigational plan.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to use computers, software, and web applications, including Epic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities and maintain a flexible schedule.

Job Duties:

- Assist in recruiting and screening study participants.

- Coordinate and oversee patient activities related to research and clinical trials.

- Arrange necessary tests and procedures.

- Maintain documentation related to clinical trials.

- Enter data into sponsor-specific systems and support data coordination.

- Conduct daily activities in line with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.

- Adapt interaction style based on the patient population.

- Carry out other assigned duties.
