Mon-Tues, Wed and Fri 7:30-4pm Thursday 9:30-6pm, as needed

Job Summary
Proficient patient registration and fluent in EPIC. Use electronic tools to ensure patient insurance eligibility. Recognition and initial resolution of errors in computer systems. Ensuring the accuracy of patient registrations. Establish coordination of benefits. Collect insurance copays and fees for services not covered by insurance. Respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, & answer phones according to established guidelines. Proactively identify opportunities to provide a positive patient experience. Schedule and reappoint patients accurately according to scheduling protocol Schedule ancillary/diagnostic tests. Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up with patients or referring physicians on all appointment requests. Able to change and block providers' schedules within EPIC.
