Job Role Overview
  • Lead Dynamics CE/CRM implementation projects from start to finish, including discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Effectively manage project obstacles and risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery meeting client expectations.
  • Engage in data-focused discussions with clients to identify needs through discovery sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to architect system solutions and implement customizations or data migration requirements.
  • Provide end-user training and develop comprehensive knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Establish and enhance CE implementation standards and tools.
  • Conduct personalized technology solution demonstrations.
  • Analyze diverse data challenges and requirements.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Solid knowledge of CE industry and products
  • Minimum 8 years of experience designing and delivering D365 solutions using various integration approaches
  • At least 8 years of CRM application implementation (or 5+ projects)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills to engage with C-level executives, groups, and boards
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, self-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Extensive Azure experience
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft D365 & Power Platform certifications are advantageous
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence is a plus
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Shell
  • Knowledge of SSIS
Additional Details

Salary Range: USD $150,000 to $160,000
