This person will lead strategy development, negotiate partnership deals, and improve our relationships.

Through your efforts leading our partnership strategy and execution, you will help deliver the mission for Credit Karma's more than 130+ million members.


What you'll do:


Developing partner strategy and evaluating new product / data offerings to assess fit with and value to Credit Karma Leading relationships with the account, product, and technical teams at Credit Karma's data and product partnersStructuring and negotiating complex deals with our most strategic data and product partnersManaging the broader pipeline of projects spanning new business development opportunities and technical integrationsQuarterbacking the end-to-end deal process for data or technology across cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Engineering, Legal, and FinanceCollaborating to integrate with, on-board, and make use of new data assets and technologyWhat's great about the role:Access to Credit Karma's business unit leadership and high engagement with leaders at external companiesWork in a highly cross-functional, collaborative environment across Product, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics.


Use strategy development, analytical skills, and relationship experience to build key initiatives with both new and existing partnersDirect access to Credit Karma leadership and highly engaged with leaders at external companiesMinimum basic requirements:7+ years of work experience in management consulting, business development, or strategic partnershipsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or at least 5 years of related business experience and a track record of continuous professional developmentPreferred qualifications:Strategic problem solver - Comfortable with ambiguity and white space, capable of structuring business and data strategies independently in fast-paced environmentPartner leader - Develops relationships while serving as a trusted advisor with key partnersProven deal-maker - Significant experience managing the full cycle all the way through deal close.

It's all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary for this role is $183,535, plus equity and benefits.
