CNC Set-up Tech Operator

The CNC Set-up Tech Operator is accountable for running, overseeing, and conducting basic preventive maintenance on assigned machines. They also need to inspect parts, make tool adjustments, and ensure quality standards are met.

Expectations:

  • Embody ARC Products standards regarding discipline, quality, punctuality, and safety
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams
  • Comply with safety and health regulations

The CNC Set-up Tech Operator should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work procedures, and adhere to safe work practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor equipment to ensure quality production
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
  • Perform pre-operation actions and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct quality inspections and maintain records
  • Contribute to team effort and assist in tool and inventory upkeep
  • Ensure machines are ready for production and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • 4 years of CNC operating experience
  • 2 years of CNC set-up experience
  • 4 years of experience with quality checks
  • Reliable transportation and steady work history

Job Type:

Full-Time Shift: 7am-5:30pm, 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday

Pay:

Starting at $18/hour and up based on experience.
