As the Health Benefits Quality Specialist at Healthee, you will spearhead quality assurance initiatives concerning our health benefits products and services.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing QA processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster ongoing enhancement.

Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding the utmost standards of quality and compliance across our health benefits portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a robust quality assurance strategy for health benefits products and services.
  • Define QA standards, methodologies, and best practices to uphold the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of health benefits data.
  • Partner with benefit analysts, product managers, CX and subject matter experts to establish QA requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Craft and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts to facilitate QA testing initiatives.
  • Analyze and evaluate QA metrics and KPIs to gauge the efficacy of QA processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance in healthcare or insurance industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Profound comprehension of health benefits administration, encompassing health insurance plans, eligibility, enrollment, and claims processing.
  • Proficiency in QA testing tools and methodologies, inclusive of test automation frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Salary:
For New York City-based hires only:

Compensation Range:
$75k base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
