Role Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Head of Quality Assurance, you will spearhead the transformation of the QA function into a comprehensive digital operating model. Your expertise will guide strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing quality assurance processes, tools, and technologies in alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Duties Include:

  • Consulting with the QA leadership to implement a strategic overhaul of the QA operating model.
  • Fostering collaboration with stakeholders to enhance QA functions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leading the deployment of critical QA platforms, ensuring efficiency and risk management.
  • Building strong relationships with team members and IT architecture to support transformation initiatives.
  • Designing solution architectures and serving as a domain expert in automation and QA tools.
  • Driving technology adoption and providing insights on complex testing strategies.
  • Communicating the benefits of QA initiatives and guiding teams through changes.
  • Defining success metrics for transformation strategies and reporting on performance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in QA platforms, automation, and solution architecture. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in driving QA organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in automation and test data management techniques.
  • Experience in designing solution architectures for QA, including cloud and API testing.
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
