Job Summary:
Washington Chevy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Estimator to join our team in Washington, Pennsylvania.

As a Collision Estimator, you will play a crucial role in serving our customers by providing accurate and timely collision repair estimates.

This is a Full-Time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure in the automotive industry. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary of $45,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
  • Commission structure for each repair estimate
  • Biweekly pay schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess damage to vehicles brought in for collision repairs
  • Consult and communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to gather information for accurate estimates
  • Estimate repair costs and provide detailed breakdowns of parts and labor required for each repair
  • Utilize industry software and knowledge of automotive parts to ensure estimates are costeffective and realistic
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the collision repair process
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates and repair orders
  • Keep current with industry trends and changes in repair techniques

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Collision Estimator in the automotive industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniques
  • Experience with industry software, such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell, is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
