**PreConstruction Manager Responsibilities:**

Lead the pre-construction process and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project planning and execution.
- Conduct thorough analysis of construction drawings, specifications, and project scope to accurately estimate project costs.
- Prepare comprehensive project budgets, including material and labor costs, subcontractor bids, and other project-related expenses.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team during the bidding process, including subcontractor selection and negotiation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop value engineering options and optimize project costs.
- Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to stay up-to-date with current market prices.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate successful project execution.

**PreConstruction Manager Essential Job Functions:**

Utilize your 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating to accurately assess project costs.
- Apply your strong analytical skills to review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Showcase your strong organizational skills by effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrate your problem-solving abilities by identifying potential project challenges and proposing creative solutions.

**Preconstruction Manager Skills:**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
