**it is very important that the candidate we identify understands that this is Management position they will need to be flexible with shift.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have the following qualifications, and according to the req qual meeting, these duties will be performed 100% of the time and are crucial to the role:

- he /she must have current experience as a Lead Dispatcher, that is used to handling over 3 warehouse locations and dispatching drivers to each location
  • Trimodal needs someone that is used to a hectic schedule and being able to think on their feet.
- they must have the organizational skills to be able to read reports and create standard operating procedures for Drivers and Customer service reps to follow

- the ideal candidate must have the diplomatic skills to manage multiple personalities

  • He / she will work a day shift, but will be responsible for the day operation , along with setting schedules for the night operations

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

  • They must have excellent email etiquette as they will have to correspond via email with clients on a frequent basis
  • The candidate will also have good phone etiquette as they will be on the phones quite a bit with customers
  • Candidate must have a strong in Dispatching, Customer Service, EXCEL and must at least come from the Logistics Industry

3- 5 years of recent Dispatching or Operations/Warehouse Manager experience in the Logistics Industry

Port / Drayage Experience preferred

3 plus years of data entry / 10 key experience

3 years of Microsoft office, Word, and Excel (excel will be for reporting purposes)

Ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of Customer Service, Phone and email etiquette

Experience Level:
