We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our finance team.

The AP Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
Process invoices and ensure accuracy of financial records
Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Manage and maintain vendor files and records
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors
Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) preferred
