Lead Program Specialist (Quality Assurance & Accountability)

About the Position:
- Full-Time (Salaried)

Role Overview:
As a Lead Program Specialist in the Quality Assurance and Accountability unit, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and compliance within program operations and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing Child and Family Service Review (CFSR) and title IV-E cases
  • Ensuring financial compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Developing corrective action plans based on reviews
  • Providing technical assistance to local departments
  • Coordinating with state and federal partners
  • Assisting in system modifications and training delivery
  • Policy development and revision

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of Title IV-E program regulations
  • Ability to interpret and implement complex federal regulations
  • Experience in policy analysis and program design
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Valid driver's license required

Additional Considerations:
  • Experience with automated accounting systems is a plus
