PAY: $27-$30/hr

Primary Job Duty:

Under only general supervision, maintain current and potential customer relationships, including but not limited to, quoting, order entry, follow-up, purchase order review, resolution of customer complaints and / or concerns, development of new customer accounts, and coordinating customer requirements with other cross-functional departments as applicable. Employee expected to spend the majority of his/her time on the duties described herein.

Description:


• High data entry, administrative and attention to details


• Handling all new purchase orders, they will not be creating purchase orders but they need to update the system what the client is requesting and give them an updated timeline


• Establish new customer accounts and obtain customer profile;


• Prepare quotes, send, and maintain files;


• Experience with quotes, RFQs and Purchase Orders


• Manufacturing terminology is preferred but they do not have to come from this industry


• MS office; word, excel – good working knowledge;


• Good oral and written communication skills;


• Able to handle multiple job functions simultaneously;


• Ability to work independently and establish priorities with minimum supervision;


• Good organizational skills;


• Extensive knowledge of customer service and sales operations


• Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image;


• Good interpersonal and human interaction relationship skills;


• Self motivated, willing to learn and expand ones knowledge.

• Bachelor Degree is not necessary


• 2+ years of purchase order experience
