Join our team as a Regional Supervisor at Hissho Sushi


Are you a natural leader with a passion for operations and customer satisfaction? If so, this role might be your calling. As a Regional Supervisor at Hissho Sushi, you will play a crucial part in leading and coordinating business operations across multiple locations. You'll work hand in hand with Regional Management and franchisees to ensure sales growth and excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing and branding strategies to increase sales
  • Achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals
  • Oversee customer service standards, product quality, and sanitation
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage costs effectively
  • Train and develop supervisors and chefs for operational efficiency
  • Build strong partnerships with retail and food service providers
  • Recruit and supervise chefs and franchisees
  • Conduct regular unit visits to ensure food safety compliance
  • Resolve client and customer satisfaction issues promptly
  • Demonstrate ownership qualities and deliver top-level customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Sushi background is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
  • Creative, flexible, and collaborative by nature
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Track record of mentoring and building successful teams
