Merative is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to engage potential clients, present Merative solutions, and convert leads into valuable opportunities. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for following up on inbound leads, identifying business prospects, and promoting Merative products through outreach via phone, email, and social media. Your role as an SDR is critical in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, involving creative thinking, client prospecting, and opportunity identification to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound marketing leads
  • Educate and guide prospects to qualify leads for the sales team
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to fast-track them to sales
  • Implement proactive sales strategies and innovative outreach methods to engage prospects in detailed sales discussions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Merative solutions and the competitive landscape
  • Document daily client and prospect interactions in a CRM system and SalesLoft
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and opportunity progression milestones

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales/outbound sales experience
  • Passion for sales and selling healthcare technology
  • Coachable, resilient, and inquisitive mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and presentation abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated to excel in a remote, fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Comfortable using video for internal and external communications

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare IT background
  • Previous exposure to , ZoomInfo, and Salesloft
  • Ability to assess company needs swiftly and personalize outreach efforts
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets consistently

Education & Work Environment:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Healthcare certifications are a plus
  • A conducive home office for efficient work
  • Occasional travel for team and sales meetings, and client visits
