Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Status: Full-Time

Location: Pennington, NJ

About the Role:

As a Regional Manager at Northfield Bank, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations, goals, and achievements of an assigned branch network. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth within your branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the performance management process for staff
  • Manage branch operations efficiently and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations
  • Develop and execute business plans for growth and development
  • Work towards achieving deposit and fee income goals
  • Active involvement in community-based organizations to expand customer base
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships for operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Extensive banking experience in management and business development roles
  • Solid understanding of industry laws, regulations, financial markets, and economic trends
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and ability to identify business opportunities
  • Experience in leading sales teams and managing operational models
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
