We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join us at our Racine facility.

Your Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Clerk will play a key role in various warehouse operations including:

  • Receiving and processing stock efficiently using our ERP system.
  • Picking parts to fulfill production requirements.
  • Supporting inventory management and planning activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and aiding in their implementation.
  • Maintaining a well-organized and tidy warehouse environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, PLEX.
  • Minimum of two years of prior warehouse experience.
  • Preferably certified in forklift operation and possessing truck driving skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Background in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
