Job Overview:


CureMD Implementation Specialist leads the implementation process to successfully onboard physician offices onto CureMD's suite of award-winning Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management and Electronic Health Record solutions.

You will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing and coordinating CureMD and client activities, and tracking progress and managing risks at all times.

This is a full-time onsite position based out of our office location in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Essential Job Responsibilities:


Partners with clients to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time, on-budget with highest customer satisfactionLeads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management roadmap, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support planningCoordinates internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams.

Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutionsFollows established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementationWorks closely with Implementation leaders to consistently evaluate and improve the onboarding experienceProvides end-user training as neededThis position involves travel up to 30% of the time

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health record, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations in the outpatient/ambulatory spaceProject management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedulesStrong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levelsVery tech savvy - previous experience in a technical role a plusSelf-starter with excellent communication and influencing skillsAbility to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectationsBachelor's degreeCompensation and Benefits:Competitive Base salaryLow-cost health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Ancillary)Competitive PTO package100% 401K company matches up to 4% of the base salary.
