DevOps Engineer (Minimum Secret Clearance Required) As a DevOps Engineer, you will help our program and partners develop technical expertise and capabilities.

You will deliver proof-of-concepts, lead implementations, define patterns, develop strategies, optimize deployments, and develop new capabilities.

The focus of the role is to deploy key customer solutions such as, web applications, enterprise applications, high performance computing, batch processing, big data, machine learning/analytics and disaster recovery capabilities globally.

You will deploy Cloud and Hybrid Cloud software products, aid in creating and monitoring software and infrastructure as a service platforms, develop capabilities to understand the health and state of the system, and assist the team in moving to a continuous integration/continuous deployment model by creating pipelines to automatically keep systems up to date and properly configured.

What you will need
Technical depth across the Full DevOps Spectrum
Proven track record of success working in a full stack product delivery environment
Deep, practical experience with Linux
A desire to educate the workforce in DevOps best practices
Experience with IT implementation, primary using AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3, etc.)
Practical experience leading highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments
Knowledge of infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (e.g., Java, shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, etc)
Practical deployment and management experience using CloudFormation, Chef & Puppet, Terraform, Nomad, Packer, Vault, Consul, etc.
Willing to work in an office environment to deliver professional services as required Holds or recently held a secret or above clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment
Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of software at scale, current hands-on technology infrastructure (network, compute, security, storage, etc.) and virtualization experience
Proven experience and comfort with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required
Knowledge of integrating of Hybrid-cloud services with multi-cloud and on-premise technologies
Exposure to or experience with Asure
Experience with containerization and deployments
Has deployed and maintained critical applications on cloud-native microservices architectures
Implemented automations, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code
