JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:
Full-Time

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

  • Leads, manages, plans, organizes, and controls balanced sales growth with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Serves as the main link between clients and FIS, understanding client needs and expectations.
  • Develops and implements account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrates deep product knowledge, including market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Analyzes pricing scenarios to provide compelling value propositions.
  • Negotiates and closes deals aligned with customer expectations and company capabilities.
  • Monitors service levels and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Contributes to sales strategies and objectives.
  • Builds strong relationships within client organizations at various levels.
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts.


Additional Responsibilities:
Will include various duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent

  • Thorough understanding of FIS products and services.
  • Expertise in negotiation, communication, and sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain professional relationships.
  • Travel may be required.


FIS Job Level Description: This role is at a developing professional level within the sales function. The sales representative is fully qualified and has progressed past an entry-level position. Responsibilities include working on a specific channel or team, managing a small to medium-sized quota or territory, and applying company policies to resolve issues.
