Funciones y Responsabilidades:
  • Realiza entrevistas de admisión con participantes y facilita la planificación de objetivos
  • Coordina la programación de visitas y facilita visitas e intercambios
  • Mantener relaciones profesionales con padres e hijos, brindando retroalimentación
  • Proporciona referencias de apoyo y asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares
  • Interviene cuando no se siguen las pautas, promoviendo un comportamiento no violento
  • Participa en reuniones, capacitaciones y supervisa a estudiantes de Trabajo Social
Realiza otras tareas asignadas.

Especificaciones del Lugar de Trabajo:
Ubicado cerca del Campus de Lakeside Loyola en Rogers Park. El horario laboral incluye horas de fin de semana y entre semana para sesiones de visitas.

Educación Mínima y/o Experiencia Laboral:
Título universitario en Trabajo Social o campo relacionado con 2-3 años de experiencia. Se requiere capacitación en violencia doméstica.

Requisitos:
Posgrado es un plus. Bilingüe Español-Inglés es un plus.

Certificados/Credenciales/Licencias:
Título universitario en Trabajo Social o campo relacionado con 1-2 años de experiencia. Se requiere capacitación en violencia doméstica.

Capacidad para comunicarse profesionalmente, mantener relaciones productivas y demostrar empatía.

Habilidades Informáticas:
Suite básica de Microsoft Office requerida.
