LP/Fuel Substitute Driver and Service Tech

Position Overview:

As a Truck Servicer at FS, you play a crucial role in servicing trucks, assisting with propane maintenance, and occasionally delivering petroleum products when drivers are unavailable. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering petroleum products based on customer requirements
  • Recording sales or deliveries information daily
  • Assisting in installing and maintaining customer and company propane systems
  • Conducting leak tests on customer systems as needed
  • Addressing customer complaints promptly
  • Promoting the use of FS credit/Agri-Finance
  • Submitting required reports promptly
  • Maintaining company vehicle and performing basic maintenance

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to GROWMARK's guidelines and policies
  • Running local errands when necessary
  • Completing all assigned duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement
  • EMS (Energy Management Specialist) certification
  • CETP certification and training
  • Strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel independently and overnight
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Working Environment:

Exposure to extreme weather conditions, dust, chemicals, and electrical hazards with proper safety precautions.
