Job Summary:
As a Grounds Manager at Rivier University, you will oversee all grounds operations. This includes coordinating activities, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities involve turf management, irrigation systems, landscaping, snow removal, and overseeing the use of heavy equipment. Effective communication with staff and clients is vital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks across shifts
- Train workers and ensure proper equipment operation
- Issue supplies and equipment
- Inspect work completion
- Cross-train personnel
- Hold staff reports and inspections
- Guide project completion within budget

Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of budgeting and profit and loss concepts
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate heavy cleaning equipment
