  • The Service Desk Coordinator role requires a professional with sales and service experience, along with basic guest service communication skills. Candidates should also possess basic computer software and telephone skills.

The main goal of a Service Desk Coordinator is to deliver an exceptional experience to service guests, potential Future Professionals, and all visitors to the school. Additionally, they serve as a mentor in guest service to the Future Professionals, ensuring smooth operations in the clinic classroom.

What We Are Seeking: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and guest service. They must be self-motivated to achieve and surpass targets while motivating and overseeing others. This role demands proficiency in communication, customer service resolution, teamwork, and beauty product sales.

Skills/Competencies Required:

  • Guest service experience
  • Strong organization, coaching, and communication abilities
  • Supervisory skills and a focus on teamwork and documentation
  • Demonstrated work history with solid references
  • Passion for the beauty industry
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
  • Prior cash management experience
  • Handling high volume phone calls is a plus
