CV Resources is partnering with a large behavioral healthcare organization in the Boise, ID area to identify their next VP of Marketing

This is a fully remote role so candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S.

ONLY accepting applicants with behavioral healthcare and strong systems management experience POSITION SUMMARY:

This key role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The position involves leading a marketing team, collaborating with various departments, and overseeing marketing initiatives. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Lead and manage the marketing team.
Collaborate with executives on marketing goals and KPIs.
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Manage the marketing budget and track ROI.Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas.
Oversee internet marketing, including social media and SEO.Develop and manage content for various platforms.
Coordinate with HR on employment branding and recruitment materials.
Promote the company's mission through media and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles.
Experience working in the healthcare industry is required.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience in strategic marketing planning and execution.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset and passion for innovation.
Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing ROI.Flexible schedule availability and adherence to company goals.
Ability to work autonomously and drive solutions.
