JOB SUMMARY:
The person in this role will play a crucial part in maintaining quality standards in the Printing, Cutting, and Finishing departments through audits, sampling, and observation. They will ensure operations align with customer expectations and company objectives, delivering top-notch results.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Conduct audits on machinery in various departments
  • Set up testing equipment and perform tests as needed
  • Pull customer samples and create sample books
  • Handle office tasks such as filing and data logging

SKILLS:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of carton defects and mathematical skills required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC skills and carton processing

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Basic knowledge of carton defects and intermediate computer skills

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Shifts may vary with rotating weekends off. Flexibility for alternative schedules and overtime is necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Combination of sitting and standing for extended periods
- Physical and visual demands associated with the job role

Inside conditions:
- Exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and paper dust
