Responsibilities include:

  • Provide round-the-clock resident care under the guidance of leadership
  • Deliver direct patient care following prescribed instructions and protocols
  • Administer medications and specialized treatments as per requirements
  • Assist in admissions, assessments, and care planning processes
  • Ensure infection control measures are strictly adhered to
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
  • Conduct assessments and assist physicians during examinations

  • Must hold a valid nursing license in Illinois
  • Current CPR certification is a must
