We are currently looking for a passionate and proactive Loads and Dynamics Engineer to join our innovative team.

Job Summary:

  • Collaborate within an engineering team to design spacecraft structures for commercial human spaceflight modules.
  • Conduct thorough loads analysis to determine external forces on space vehicles throughout all flight phases.
  • Perform dynamic loading analysis for spaceflight hardware in various environments.
  • Create finite element models of spacecraft structures and systems.
  • Execute modal, vibration, shock analysis, and more.
  • Develop and document analysis result scripts.
  • Utilize diverse analysis techniques to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in loads and dynamics engineering.
  • Proficiency in Simcenter/NASTRAN or equivalent.
  • Experience with modal, vibration, and shock testing.
  • Skilled in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent.
  • Preference for experience in the space launch vehicle environment.
  • Strong background in spaceflight hardware analysis.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite preferred.

  • Physical work environment may vary based on tasks.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of U.S. government background investigation.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency required.
