As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable sales growth for both our commercial and residential divisions. Your main responsibilities will involve formulating and implementing market strategies that capitalize on the best opportunities for expanding sales within your designated territory. You will focus on cultivating relationships with key accounts and generating future demand.



The successful candidate for the Territory Sales Manager role will be tasked with creating account plans tailored to specific target accounts. By consistently updating account progress and sharing essential insights, opportunities, and obstacles on SFDC, you will ensure effective account development.



Collaborating closely with our regional team, you will partner with the Uponor marketing team to translate corporate objectives to the local level. This position is entirely REMOTE, and we are ideally seeking candidates in the Seattle or Portland area.



What will be your main responsibilities?
  • Achieve commercial sales and gross profit targets by executing the Market Plan effectively.
  • Develop account plans for the top 10 target contractor accounts in your territory, ensuring engagement with business owners or key stakeholders at the highest levels.
  • Manage the commercial project pipeline in SFDC to maintain project visibility and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the National Accounts Team to align and implement national account relationships at the local level.
  • Use SFDC as a strategic tool for managing business activities, ensuring regular updates for commercial accounts, logging face-to-face meetings, and monitoring account progress.
  • Provide training sessions to promote awareness of Uponor's value proposition.
  • Actively seek opportunities to contribute to business success through proactive engagement in team projects.
What qualifications are we looking for?
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience are required for this role.
  • Proficiency in major account sales and a solid understanding of the construction market are essential.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Previous experience in the PHCP industry is highly desirable.
  • Preferred location for this role is Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.
