What You Will Do

We are seeking an ambitious UX designer to join our UX team in Minnesota. Our UX team focuses on optimization and innovation within the transportation industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your UX and research skills with a talented team of designers from across the world. This role necessitates a unique blend of mobile design proficiency, customer research and cross-team collaboration. Central to this responsibility is a deep understanding of our customers' needs, the ability to conceptualize complex workflows and design mobile solutions that solve real world problems.

Design user-centric mobile interfaces with speed and precision, utilizing low to high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. Conduct a variety of user research methods, and create deliverables like documenting complex workflows, use cases and key findings. Facilitate usability testing and report findings to cross-functional teams. Work side by side with design leadership and product owners to contribute to strategic roadmaps for mobile products. Foster collaborative working relationships across product teams by actively participating, soliciting feedback, contributing in cross-team work and sharing insights. Development and maintain design systems and style guides for mobile products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to evangelize mobile design within the organization.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Proficient in Figma, Jira and mobile design standards Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer Enjoys simplifying customer workflows using user data, journey mapping, and task flows Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams and conduct stakeholder workshops A portfolio showcasing the ability to create problem-solving, intuitive workflows and experiences
