Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated medical receptionist to join our practice in Newton, New Jersey.

We provide a wide range of adult and pediatric medical services including urgent care, physicals, integrative medicine, IV infusions, and even professional weight loss management.

Duties include answering phones, helping schedule and room patients, registration, vital signs, EKG, drug testing, and assisting in our on site lab.

Must have "front desk" or medical office experience. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work some weekends. Must live in NJ please. Hours are 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. Full time employees enjoy paid time off and paid sick time.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
