Job Title: Senior Living Family Advisor

The role of a Family Advisor is essential in assisting families in finding suitable senior living options. Effective communication, empathy, and collaboration with partner communities are key for success in this remote position. The focus of the Family Advisor is on guiding families through a challenging process, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

As a Family Advisor at Caring, you will:

  • Guide families through the search process and provide post-referral follow-up
  • Understand partner community offerings and benefits of senior living options
  • Engage in active listening and effective probing to offer solutions
  • Maintain sales performance metrics and exceed quotas
  • Act as a Caring brand ambassador, generating positive consumer experiences

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience meeting sales quotas preferably in telephone sales. Required skills include problem-solving, telecommuting proficiency, and industry knowledge.

Computer proficiency, including Word and Excel skills, is necessary. A high-speed internet connection and a designated home office space are mandatory. Daily schedule management and structured training attendance are required.
