Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
  • Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or complaints

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills
  • Familiarity with technical sales is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
