Your Team, Your Impact
Become empowered as a key decision-maker for Marvell's portfolio of Ethernet and Automotive Networking products from NPI to MPR. Lead engineering discussions and discoveries in multi-terabit ethernet, 5nm and below processes, and other industry-defining advances.

Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to build essential technologies that connects people and secures the world's data-transforming automotive and enterprise network architectures for the better.

What You Can Expect

As a Product Engineer within the Networking & Connectivity team, you are recognized as a technical leader in Ethernet and Automotive products.

You are not simply assigned products to manage - you own them - leading and support it throughout the full end-to-end lifecycle.

In this role you will...
Report NPI progress toward MPR in weekly, cross-functional meetings w/ upper management
Quantify and enforce DPPM, quality, and performance requirements for all products assigned
Align cross-functional engineering teams to full-closure solutions in problem-solving efforts
Propose and defend product cost and quality improvements
Execute and/or coordinate test operations activities
Plan and drive strategic initiatives with upper management
What We're Looking For

Skills and Background requirements:
Deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and strategic cost management
Demonstratable expertise in Root Cause Analysis
Strong skill in transforming complex data analytics into high-level presentations
Career history showing use of ATE (ideally 93K) to perform silicon analysis and debug
Solid foundation in applied statistics for product characterization and quality improvement
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as JMP and SiliconDash
Strong schedule management and optimization skills (interest in process automation is a plus)

Education and Experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience, preferably within the SEMI/IC industry
OR
Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably within the SEMI/IC industry

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
126, ,900, $ per annum


The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.

The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
