PGW Auto Glass is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our branch delivery operation in Chillicothe, Ohio. The ideal leader will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, with a particular focus on safety, customer sales and satisfaction, housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, inventory, staff recruiting and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of delivery drivers to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
  • Manager daily branch operations, including scheduling and route planning.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, time, and safely.
  • Provide weekly branch performance metrics to proactively develop and implement improvement measures.
  • Comply with all safety policies, standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on safe driving and injury prevention.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory records by participating with the Supply Chain team in ongoing management of branch inventory to provide guidance and leadership to branch personnel concerning inventory management practices.
  • Monitor key metrics relative to inventory, which include inventory shrinkage, inventory turns and fill rate percent, to maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationship and addressing issues promptly.
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate a qualified warehouse staff; instill the desire to provide customers with excellent service, courteous treatment and quality products.
  • Monitor and manage branch budget, labor costs, expenses and overall financial performance.
  • Maintain daily contact with key branch customers and proactively work with Sales Representatives to support the market sales strategy.
  • Maintain compliance all with Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • At least 2 years supervisor/management experience.
  • Strong understanding of delivery operations and driver management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.
