Job Title: Research Developer at a Leading Trading Firm

Role and Contribution:
  • Collaborate with researchers to implement studies, simulate trading strategies, and create cutting-edge algorithms in the competitive financial market environment.
  • Specialize in designing high-fidelity, high-throughput trading strategy simulation software.
  • Develop software solutions for data acquisition, storage, access, and visualization at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team to enhance the existing data analysis infrastructure and tools.
  • Design user interfaces for data exploration and post-trade analysis.
  • Speed up the research lifecycle, from strategy testing to practical deployment.
Qualifications Required:
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in modern C++ (11 or higher) development.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Skilled in programming with a focus on creating maintainable code.
  • Knowledge of Linux, VCS, and CI workflows.
  • Experience with complex distributed applications and scalable performance is advantageous.
  • Ability to produce efficient algorithmic code in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency in Python/JavaScript is a plus.
