Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 11:45am to 5:15pm, Friday 12:45pm to 6:15pm, and 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8:45am to 12:15pm

Role

Immediately greets and assists members or potential members upon arrival by processing financial transactions, setting up new accounts and educating members on Campus' products and services.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Receives and processes member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and member requested transfers. Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members. Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to appropriate departments on a timely basis. Provides informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to members and associates. Processes member transactions with no more than two posting errors per quarter. Opens all types of accounts/certificates, and other products and services accurately, ensuring all related forms are completed and legible at time of setup. Ensures all procedures for assigned products are in compliance with internal policies. Performs other duties as assigned Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: 0-1 year of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Other Skills:

Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information that may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring exemplary courtesy in providing assistance and information. Must be able to use general office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, coin counters, and cash-counting machines. Must be able to interpret credit union policies and procedures. Maintain the confidentiality related to credit union operations and member information.
