What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Software Engineers, Researchers, and Data Analysts to drive the advancement of LILT's data platform
- Enhance software development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable goals
- Drive architectural and operational improvements across the team and the organization
- Set and manage achievable goals, provide constructive feedback, and support career development
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, effective communication, project management, decision-making, and team building
- Strong technical acumen and a background in science or engineering
- Proficiency in architecting and scaling systems, Big Data technologies, and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and project execution
