About the Job and the Company

Join Arista Networks as an Entry Level NPI Engineer and play a key role in supporting the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities


  • Support PCB manufacturing processes, assembly, and ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and provide analysis on performance.
  • Conduct DFx reviews of new product designs to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Coordinate prototype testing, analyze results, and suggest improvements to design and manufacturing teams.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement, propose solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of electronic circuitry and CAD software.
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools and soldering techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Compensation Overview


The base pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $134,000, with competitive pay based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses and equity. Employees in Sales roles can participate in Arista's Sales Incentive Plan. Benefits for US-based employees include medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
