The Whitestone Group Inc. is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government with an international presence. The company is currently seeking to hire a Program Manager for a federal contract.


The Project Manager is the Chief Administrator responsible for the overall supervision, management and evaluation of all personnel assigned to this contract.

Full authority to act on behalf of his/her company at the locations specified under this contract, he/she will accomplish this by planning, directing and organizing any and all facets of their contractual responsibilities.


Position must meet the following:

  • Secret Clearance
  • 5 years' experience showing ability to perform and function as a dispatcher in a security or law enforcement environment
  • Proficient in operating personal computers in standalone or local area network modes
  • Proficient in Microsoft windowsbased programs (Excel/Word/Access)
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in security systems operation and functions
  • Ability to comprehend floor plans
  • Proficiency in operating photo identification camera and related components, lamination equipment, visitor management system and related ID media related components, C-Cure system, US access PIV card operations, and fingerprint machines is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally with all management levels
Duties

  • Operate the government's Physical Access Control System (PACS), including CCTVs, electronic card readers, motion detectors, public address system, computers, etc.
  • Monitor, record, and respond to alarms generated by the PACS
  • Develop and/or maintain current procedures
  • Provide specific reports and other deliverables as required by the contract
