Essential Duties
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the college and school's objectives.
  • Oversee the management of all marketing channels, including digital, email, print, and social media, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Lead the public relations efforts, including media interactions, press releases, and public events, to enhance the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts' profile.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to support their objectives through targeted marketing efforts; providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders on how to properly use our brand (name, logos, images, etc.).
  • Creating personalized and memorable experiences through dynamic, relevant content delivered across multiple media platforms for students, the public, and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and edit content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage projects, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment; building and maintaining analytics and reports, to measure effectiveness of marketing and communications investments and activities.
  • Coach, supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing and communications team.
