Role Summary

Join our Leasing Team as a key sales contributor, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales through our established process. We provide a competitive base salary and an attractive commission structure, along with a 25% discount for on-site living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the consumer life cycle from acquisition to retention.
  • Lease apartments and support community marketing efforts.
  • Follow sales procedures for on-site visits, from scheduling to follow-ups.
  • Offer leasing assistance across all AIR properties.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly leasing targets consistently.
  • Support the manager in learning and executing business responsibilities as a community manager in training.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a dynamic setting (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or dining).
  • Experience with goal setting, achievement, and sales processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills to cater to resident needs.
  • Transportation reliability.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in English language.

Compensation and Benefits

AIR offers competitive compensation packages that recognize performance at individual, team, and company levels. We provide a base salary, bonuses, and various benefits:
  • Expected pay range of $18.00-$28.00 with lucrative commissions. Your pay will reflect your skills and experience related to the job requirements.
  • Base salary combined with commission structure.
