Position Overview:

The role of Marketing/Operations Associate at TTR Sothebys International Realty involves being the main point of contact for real estate associates. Working from the brokerage offices, the Marketing Associate offers support and training for various brokerage tools and systems. They assist agents in creating branded marketing materials like brochures, postcards, emails, and social media graphics, and collaborate closely with The Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service to real estate agents and clients
  • Provide training and support on platforms such as Rechat, Workplace, My Marketing Matters, and more
  • Support agents during the onboarding process
  • Offer day-to-day assistance on marketing platforms and tools
  • Aid in property marketing efforts, including custom requests
  • Ensure quality control of listings and assist in transaction management
  • Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned

General Office Duties:

The Marketing/Operations Associate will also be responsible for general office duties like answering calls, greeting visitors, managing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with IT needs.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to learn new systems, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop. A bachelor's degree is desired.
