About the role:
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete implementation of the Private Banking Offshore strategy and value proposition along the value chain. Your main goal will be to ensure the effective execution of essential capabilities to achieve business goals, including areas such as Digital and eCommerce, Personalisation, International Financial Advisors, and Coverage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce or related field
Required Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in Private Banking working with affluent clients in the financial services sector
- Extensive expertise in developing and implementing value propositions tailored to Private Banking client needs
- Proven track record in similar-sized organizations
- Deep understanding of digital, open banking, and platform integration in financial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define the Private Banking Offshore strategy and associated value propositions aligned with Domain and Standard Bank Offshore requirements
- Ensure the effective implementation of the value proposition to achieve financial and non-financial goals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Define engagement metrics strategy and establish measures linked to client engagement and experience
- Oversee overall risk management and ensure compliance with governance standards for the sustainability of Private Banking Offshore
- Establish suitable recovery and resolution plans to safeguard the business from unforeseen events.
