Immediate need for an Immigrant Case Manager with 3+ years of Immigration Case Managerial Experience and a Law Degree (JD).


Role includes the following:
1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the entire immigration project from initiation to completion, communicate with attorneys and clients, provide general supervision to the paralegal
and legal secretary and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.

2.

Understand clients' goals and preferences and collaborate with attorneys to develop comprehensive immigration strategies tailored to each client's needs and circumstances.

Make sure clients understand the project scope, objectives, and timelines.

3. Conduct assessments to identify required documentation, visa categories, and potential challenges.

4. Oversee the collection, review, and organization of all necessary documentation for visa applications, petitions, and other immigration-related processes.

5. Prepare clients to attend immigration interviews and accompany clients to the interview if needed.

6. Prepare legal drafts, including legal forms, support letters, motions, responses, appeals, correspondence, and any other legal documentation.
